What an beautiful hotel so classy and beautiful view. Also, absolutely amazing food and service from Stacey & Dylan at the restaurant at GIORGIO'S. One suggestion, we would love to see Pepsi cold drinks in the mini bars in the rooms would be amazing.

They rate themselves as a 5-star hotel, but unfortunately, the service and professionalism did not reflect that standard. It appears that the hotel does not trust its guests. Tips are automatically deducted from your restaurant bill without giving you the option to decide. At checkout, you’re required to wait while someone physically inspects your room—even though they already took your credit card details including the CVV number at check-in, supposedly to cover minibar use. This is not standard practice in South African hotels and felt unnecessarily intrusive. Housekeeping was inconsistent. One day they forgot to replenish the bottled water, and on another, they didn’t restock coffee and tea. This lack of attention to detail was disappointing. The gym, while looking modern and well-equipped, clearly suffers from a lack of maintenance. Some machines had not been lubricated or serviced in a long time, making them difficult or even unsafe to use. No buffet for breakfast and it takes a lot of time for your breakfast to be ready. And you can only choose one item from the menu which sometimes is more than enough and sometimes not even enough. Overall, the experience fell short of what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be five-star.
