Currently staying here for 10 night. Second visit. I just wanted to let the management know that Grayson (bar and restaurant) has made our holiday. He is polite, professional, helpful, nothing is too much. If I could rate him 100/10 I would. He is a huge benefit to your hotel. Well done.
Hotel was in good condition inside, the rooms were clean and and functional facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking is available to pay at reception which is handy. Be aware of where you park and staff do make a note of this. The hotel is aptly named, the view is beautiful. An enjoyable stay that exceeded expectations. The breakfast was good, if a little limited. I saw staff make a conscientious effort to ensure tables were cleaned up well which was much appreciated.
Family have stayed here before and rooms were okay. We upgraded my grandparents but it felt less of an upgrade to the standard room that other relatives had. Food is lovely. Drinks are good. Service is good. Overall would recommend
