The View Rawada Phuket

I Always keep coming back to this place , simply perfect for my liking , I should've write a comment long time ago as I have been there 3 times but now I remembered to write as I'm coming back soon , I go to Thailand for martial arts camps and relaxation so my days are training hard recovery and eating well , I rent a bike that the hotel help me with that and I know how to navigate the surroundings , for such type of vacation this hotel is just perfect , quite up in the hills with a stunning view on rawai and sea side ,rooms are big and comfy and have beautifull view make sure you book ones with sea view , they have a nice panoramic pool , staff are really respectfull and nice , I see people complaining about water and rude staff and bla bla , man just go to 7/11 buy your own water stock , 1st day I arrive i buy few big bottles and leave them in the room , I don't spend my day in the hotel , I go there to sleep and it's perfect , I believe price/quality wise is perfect place , My advice for people to learn about culture of countries you visit and show respect and believe me it will reciprocate, Love you and see you soon , ka pun krap🙏🏻

I’m currently still staying at the hotel and am once again kindly requesting to be contacted by a manager or the owner. I’ve made several attempts to speak with someone in charge, but the staff have either declined or were unable to assist. A simple issue seems to have been mishandled, and unfortunately, it has negatively impacted my stay. If this isn’t resolved, I do plan to share my full experience through reviews on the appropriate platforms—not out of frustration, but to provide honest feedback for future guests. And if necessary, I will continue until the matter feels properly addressed. This is a wonderful location with a beautiful view and hardworking staff, but hospitality also means taking responsibility when something goes wrong, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guests are not left with a diminished experience or financial loss due to errors beyond their control. I’m still hopeful this can be resolved fairly and appreciate your Prompt attention to this matter. Thank you
