The Village at Palisades Tahoe

Great place to stay to ski at Palisades Tahoe! We arrived a bit before check in (around noon) on the first day, and I asked if they had a place we could store our bags. Instead, they checked and our room was ready so they checked us in early FOR FREE! This was much better than equipment storage because we could boot up in our room before hitting the slopes. It’s about a 7 minute walk to KT-22, perfect for shredding. They also kept our bags in a secure closet after check out so we could walk around the village a bit before our scheduled shuttle pickup.

A little older hotel , but they are in the process of renovating. Great hotel service , great location. Restaurant’s and activities all within the village. Caters to adults and kids :)

Stayed for a company event. The catering was woefully inadequate when it came to provision for vegetarians or pescatarians or vegans. No sense of how to provide balanced proteins. Meals included Mac cheese with creamy pasta and potatoes with the salad served alongside containing bacon. Mystifying and disappointing! After a couple of days of this had to go to a nearby restaurant to get something to eat. The cookies at the hotel are great. Try not to get a room on a lower floor overlooking the parking lot just after a snowstorm. We were kept awake by the all night snow clearance activities on the lot. No break even for a few hours. The hotel provided ear plugs but the note explaining that was disguised with a poem so we missed the real intent. Riding the base to base gondola is great and the restaurant at the top of the Tram has awesome views (still the same veggie protein problem and very expensive too). Good to be able to walk through the underground parking lot all the way to the lifts. So location can't be beat for convenience.
