The Vincent Hotel

Lovely hotel. Staff amazing! The rooms are very classy and decorated to a high standard. We will be arranging to stay here again. Special mention to the bar staff last night for making us feel so welcome (Nathan) and also, the nice lady on reception this morning. What a lovely place. Thank you!!

Great hotel in the middle of Southport. Attentive service at front desk. Quiet hallways. Clean room. The Vincent Restaurant, accessible from street or from hotel lobby, serves excellent meals all day long. Breakfast buffet with eggs to order welcomed us with a hearty  breakfast all week long. Lunch and dinner also surprised. Try the scallops and bread pudding for lunch Fresh cod and steak fillet were memorable.  Great food at reasonable price. Staff provided top-notch service. Diane the Manager, was hands on, making sure guests were happy all the time.

Beautiful hotel room was lovely except for the bath/shower it was very deep with a step up to get in. I didn't use it as I wouldn't have been able to get out of it. In the future, I will ask for a walk-in shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but food was not very hot. Staff were lovely, and the service was excellent. Would recommend
