The Vineyards Spa & Resort

The location is nice, but in the middle of nowhere, so you'll need a car if you want to visit other places/ attractions. The main outside pool was dirty, there were not enough sun umbrellas and some of the sunbeds were broken. We only had breakfast there and the food wasn't good. Mediocre at most. For a 4 star hotel I'd expect daily room maintenance, but it didn't happen. The rooms were clean when we arrived. The rooms were not soundproofed as they said, and we were awaken by other people crossing the hallway.

Rooms are clean but small details will annoy you as soon as ypu enter. There is no wifi in the hotel. Correction there is wifi but it is not available to the guests. Only the staff. Food is ok but its the same every day. Prices are high but quality is low.

It’s a nice place but the service absolutely terrible, to start with room cleaning is disturbingly awful the cleaners comes in and they just throw some new bed sheets on the bed that’s it and that’s not daily they do this whenever they feel like. Also one of the staff member is quite racist (the bartender), one night I went to the bar to get a cocktail for myself and my wife I asked the bartender “can I get a sex on the beach and a frozen strawberry daiquiri” he said “no” I said “why” he said “there is no ice” I said “will the ice machine make any or what” he said “Yh but 10-15 minutes” I said “ Yh that’s fine” 15 minutes past I asked him is the ice ready he said no and then I went for a walk 10 minutes by I go again ask him he said no I said when will it be ready and he looked at me and said no ice sorry I said what you mean you said it’s gonna be making some and then he said sorry no ice wait I said ok I was waiting for 5 more minutes and I take a look at him he’s putting ice in someone else’s drink I said to him you just put ice in someone else’s drink but you tell me there is no ice he was playing dumb and acting like he doesn’t understand English so I said ok whatever I’ll talk to the manager and there isn’t a manager so I went to the reception talk to the guy in reception he phoned him and said he hasn’t got any ice I said I just saw him put ice in someone else’s drink and he said ok I’ll talk to him with a arrogant attitude like I don’t pay them to serve me. In conclusion it’s a nice place but change your staff members.
