The Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating the go out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. The location is fantastic close to everything. They have theme nights like BBQ night, Salsa night and also Balinese night we attended all of these during our stay and they didn’t disappoint the food and entertainment was spectacular. They also have free airport transfer which we didn’t know about so make sure you ask. The gym is way too small but apparently they are working on fixing that. We indulged in a few spa treatments and these didn’t disappoint either the girls were amazing and the treatments were outstanding. We even asked the reception how we could avoid damaging the sheets as both my husband and I were getting tattooed on the last 2 days of our stay, they appreciated our honesty and offered to put older sheets on the bed for us so we didn’t get charged for damaging the linen. All I can say is everything we asked for they went out of their way to help with. We were here celebrating our birthdays during our visit and the staff remembered and surprised us at breakfast getting all the staff to sing happy birthday to us with a small cake and candle. I booked this hotel after visiting other places in Bali to be close to the airport before we headed home. For what I paid I had limited expectations, and we couldn’t believe it when we arrived.... The hotel was lovely, we had a warm welcome, the room, the pool area, restaurant were all lovely, clean and well maintained. We booked massages in the hotel spa which were excellent. We honestly thought this would be a hotel to just spend our last 36 hours and just hoped it would be passable, but it was so much more and we wished we could have stayed longer.... the biggest win was the most comfortable bed I think I have ever stayed in. While Kuta isn't somewhere I would holiday in itself, this hotel was absolutely perfect to begin or end your holiday in Bali before heading to areas with more to offer.

A great location! Although we stayed because of the free airport transfer, close to the airport, we could've easily stayed longer. Although on a busy street, the rooms were spacious and quiet. Particularly enjoyed the little extra touches, the complimentary afternoon tea was an unexpected delightful extra!
