Fantastic hotel experience for young kids. This hotel offers so many daily activities and a large play area. Definitely quite an experience. The location isn’t really close to anything but that’s not a deal breaker. Our room was quite spacious and came with snacks. There were many advertisements around for their homemade cookies. Homemade cookies instead of generic snacks in the room definitely would’ve been a better selling point for them. Breakfast buffet was great with many options to choose from. Definitely a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, very clean and modern design and kids oriented, playroom is big

Would probably book 2 nights instead of one next time to have more time to enjoy the facilities. It's an excellent hotel to book for families. There's a kids playground area with ballpits and Lego and many other toys and a video game area as well with full racing car setup and switch to play with. There's a little train coupon that comes with staying at the hotel where kids get on a little train that goes around the buffet area of the hotel. Pretty fun for the kids. Excellent buffet spread and options for breakfast. In terms of location, not really walkable to anywhere but that's actually just how Yilan is. Room is not as big as I would like but spacious enough. What's great is the snacks and tea bags that came with the room. All complimentary and very tasty. You won't get that many snacks at Taipei Hotels. I was also surprised with an outdoor balcony with greenery that came with the room.
