The Wall Street Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Wall Street Hotel and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms are beautifully designed with a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, and the attention to detail throughout the property is remarkable. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the Financial District, yet the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat from the hustle of the city. Every staff member I interacted with was professional and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, The Wall Street Hotel is a true gem in downtown Manhattan. I highly recommend it!

First time staying here and won't be my last. The people that work there are very friendly and know how to treat the guests! It's very clean in there and the room service lady is always nearby cleaning the rooms. The breakfast from the hotel that got delivered to room was okay, 8/10. But, the cinnamon bun that I ordered was probably the best cinnamon bun I ever had. Very warm and fresh. The bar tontine restaurant on top floor was no good. I wouldn't go there to eat again, probably go there just to enjoy a drink and a nice view. Maybe I went at the wrong time but it just didn't seem too organized and not the best service with them taking forever just to bring out silverware. For food, I ordered fries and shrimp fajitas. The food was okay, not the best. The best overall experience of the hotel was the guys in the front opening the door for you and being very friendly and attentive. They were great!

I planned my entire wedding around my stay at The Wall Street Hotel, and it was truly the best decision I could have made. I chose this hotel because of its stunning decor throughout the property—every corner is beautifully designed with incredible attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. They were always prompt in responding to my emails and even helped with things beyond their usual responsibilities. Their level of service made my stay—and my wedding experience—extra special. I would absolutely only stay at this hotel if I visit the city again. I’ve already planned to return for my birthday! The hotel truly made my wedding stay unforgettable, and I highly recommend it. You’d be making a mistake not to stay here.
