I rarely write reviews but we absolutely adored our stay at The Wallace. The rooms were beautiful and enormous by NYC hotel standards and the daily housekeeping was top notch and much appreciated. Everyone was super polite and helpful and it felt like walking into a beautiful oasis after a hot and busy day. The lounge is so special and the live music was a bonus. We didn't find the walls thin or other guests noisy, and we were right near the elevator. We will only ever stay at The Wallace after this fantastic experience!
This is the best hotel and wedding venue is NYC! I want to start by saying Richard Godfrey and Beatriz Lesnoy are amazing coordinator. For the last 5 months I’ve been planning my wedding with the help and precision of them both and they made our dreams come true! The sterling room located in the Wallace was the PERFECT WEDDING VENUE for our 50 guests! It was beautiful, spacious, elegant and simply gorgeous. We also loved the Lucerne Penthouse to host our ceremony which had a rooftop attached to it! Absolutely gorgeous. We loved our hotel room in the Wallace it was clean and elegant as well. The service here at the hotel is impeccable and I couldn’t wish for a better experience! THANK YOU RICHARD, THANK YOU BEATRIZ, THANK YOU WALLACE STAFF I WILL FOREVER CHERISH THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE ♥️♥️
The Wallace Hotel was exactly what I needed — elegant, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. The suite felt like a true sanctuary: spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and with that rare “home away from home” vibe that’s hard to find in New York. I especially appreciated how quiet and calming the atmosphere was — a welcome contrast to the usual hustle of the city. The smooth elevators (yes, that matters!) and inviting lobby made me feel safe and held, and having a separate living space made it so comfortable for me and my family to relax together. My son was able to settle in and watch the basketball game like we were at home. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels, but The Wallace stands out for its warmth, energy, and ease. This is the kind of place that feels aligned with soft, powerful living. I’ll absolutely be back — and I’ll be recommending it to anyone who needs a little luxury and a lot of peace.
