The Water

Had a three night stay at the start of August, and the accommodation was simply amazing. Helpful staff and manager Dimitris was on hand for any issues. My room was a single City view, but actually had a double bed, air conditioning, a fridge, a basic shaving kit, plenty of shower gels, slippers, hairdryer and ear plugs - there is a bar next door which does have music playing until around 2/3 am, but it didn't bother me. The rooms were spotless, and a bottle of water in the fridge was a nice touch, as was the coffee station in the public area. This is definitely a place that I'll be looking at returning to in the future. There is also a sister property called The Rock, a bit further along the steps nearer Plakes for those concerned about any noise.

Great views and wonderful staff made our stay special. The hotel location on the Old Port was so convenient for beach swims, wandering around boutiques, taking seaside drinks and afternoon coffee and evening strolls. The room was immaculate with modern,tasteful furnishings. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We stayed during the pre-summer season so it was quiet. However, the double doors with double-panel glass ensure that you hear NOTHING from the bars. Our room had a lovely sea view terrace and we enjoyed the morning and afternoon sun with views of all the sailboats and fishing boats docking. Dimitris, the manager, is warm and welcoming and provided great restaurant recommendations. We will definitely return!

The hotel is very nice and staff were helpful. Don't trust directions on other websites. Find your way to "Il Migliore" Pizza or "Ginfish" Bar and walk up the stairs. The office is up the stairs.
