I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staffs were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. The buffet breakfast was the widest spread I have ever experienced. The hotel is also conveniently located next to Plaza Merdeka, and if the mall isn't your thing, there are loads to see and do in the vicinity as well. As great as the hotel sounds, I would like to feedback regarding the hotel lift. I think it's quite slow compared to a lot of other hotels. I could see the other guests were exasperated like me. If the lift issue can be addressed then it will be perfect!
Located in the heart of Kuching, this hotel offers very good service for a decent price. While not a "luxury hotel" this place checks all the boxes: clean, large rooms with great views; excellent dining; refreshing pool area and more. What more does one need besides a comfortable bed and a place to rest? Why pay for things you never use? The staff are gracious and rooms and common areas are spotless and well maintained. I've stayed in dozens if not hundreds of hotels in my time and this is one of my top recommendations.
not recommended. swimming pool smells like urine. staff is not friendly. ordered coffee during breakfast & was never sent. no free parking available even for in house. imagine you staying one night needed to pay RM 20. if it’s 3 or more night? that’s expensive! insane! do not stay here you will regret. pls stay elsewhere
