Wonderful stay during the summer. With very friendly staff. Affordable room rates as well with a 3rd night free deal. Pros: Upon arrival, there was staff immediately available to open my car door and help my wife and I unload our luggage. The attendant waited with us while we were getting checked in and offered us water. The turn-down service was spotless and they even organized our toiletries neatly within the bathroom. Room service was quick and delicious from the Kingbird downstairs. Rooftop bar sported amazing views of the river. The complementary bathrobe and slippers are very high quality and are replaced daily. Cons: The phone in our room did not work to dial room service or the front desk, I had to use my mobile phone and go through the menu. To get ice, you have to call and request it. They brought it 50% of the time when requested, but forgot a time or two that I had requested and I had to ask again.

Everything here was top notch. It definitely has spoiled us for other hotel visits. The room was amazingly quiet for a hotel. It made resting after a long day of touring around super easy. The room service was second to none as well. You can tell they took great pride in their job. The metro was reasonably easy to access as well which made getting around a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Our experience fell far short of expectations, leaving us deeply dissatisfied with the quality of service provided by your team. Causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience right from the start. Furthermore, the condition of the hotel room itself was unsatisfactory. The decor in the rooms featured old rugs that emitted a terrible odor, completely at odds with the luxurious atmosphere expected from a supposedly premium establishment. The exorbitant price I paid for my stay was simply not justified by the lackluster standards observed throughout the property. As a gesture of goodwill, I was upgraded to a different room to only return from a long day and only to encounter further issues, like not have a room as promised and staff losing our luggage. The television set was non-functional, the room reeked of smoke, and the presence of mold in the bathroom grout was deeply concerning. These shortcomings highlighted a clear lack of attention to detail and maintenance on the part of your staff, contributing to a disappointing overall experience. Regrettably, these multiple disappointments prompted us to check out of your hotel earlier than planned, as I could not justify remaining in such substandard conditions given the price point and reputation of your establishment. We were refunded for the two nights that we did to stay at the hotel, I must address the lack of transparency in the pricing of the accommodation. The total cost for the refund was discreetly stated, leading to confusion and frustration. As a discerning traveler, I expect a certain level of quality and professionalism from a luxury hotel, neither of which were consistently evident during my stay. It is essential to emphasize that such issues should not arise in the first place.
