The Waterhead Inn The Inn Collection group

We stayed overnight in one of their Lake houses which was just across their reception/restaurant. We got a twin bed room with such a cosy vibe. The interiors were mostly touch of green and it was very aesthetic although I could do with a bit more light in the room. Other than that, I’ll definitely recommend and book again 🙂 ++++ brownie points the staff - 💯 friendly and helpful. It’s also a very dog friendly place and the restaurant/reception is just right across the lakes.

First let me start by saying that the service and the location are spectacular. The food was very nice but the portion size was very poor. I wish I’d taken a photo as for the price I could have eaten double and still had room for dessert. Would definitely come back here as may just have been a bad day. I had the battered fish on a bun and my friend had a chicken salad. Both were a bit tight on the portions.

Lift broke down and the emergency buzzer did not work so had to ring down to reception for someone to come save us. Room we were given was next to the washroom so we could hear the machines all night. We were told it would stop at a certain time but it didn't. Aside from that the bed and shower were good. Breakfast was decent. Location was good but the above issues brought the rating down.
