The Watermark Hotel

This was our third trip to San Pedro, and this hotel stay was undoubtedly the best! Plenty of parking for your golf cart, after which you’re greeted in the lobby with a mint scented wet towel as you leave the humidity outside into the fresh, cool A/C with a smooth and friendly check in process. And don’t miss the excellent pizza made by their own experienced chef! The gym could use some better equipment, but otherwise the experience was outstanding! A newly built hotel with well equipped rooms that feel upgraded. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic service, even with a last minute reservation. I visited during their slow season, but they were fully staffed and extremely friendly. They have the best secret in San Pedro, with a rooftop bar and pool. I couldn't believe how fortunate I was to get it basically to myself. This hotel is definitely on the rise, right near the downtown bustle but with a little privacy. Hoping to return someday!

I had the pleasure of staying at The Watermark Hotel during the tail end of Lobster Fest, and it was a great experience overall. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, and the bartender upstairs was just as great. My room looked exactly like the photos, the water got hot quickly, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay. My only critique is the elevator and gym—could definitely use some upgrades, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. That said, I’d absolutely come back!
