The Waters Khao Lak by Katathani SHA Extra Plus

We loved everything about this resort. The pool access rooms are very modern and exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and crisp linens. The Waters Khao Lak have impeccably well maintained pools and gardens and the location is so convenient, only a 5 minute walk to local restaurants, shopping, and the market. The breakfast choices are plentiful and of good quality, as is the food in the hotel’s restaurant and main poolside bar. Special mention to Resort Manager Chita, who met us at the resort entrance after a long journey to discuss our booking needs to ensure our stay would meet our expectations, and to the beautiful reception staff, housekeeping, security and grounds people who greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile whenever we walked by. We would highly recommend this resort to all and will return next year.

We had a wonderful stay at The Waters and will definitely stay again in the future. The staff were simply amazing, super friendly and helpful and all had the most beautiful BIG smiles.The food and drinks were good and reasonably priced and the rooms were comfortable and well serviced. The only area of criticism that I would give is that the resort is billed as adult-focused and in that regard it would be good if groups travelling with children were grouped together in a common area of the resort so that those seeking relaxation are not disturbed. Children will be children and you cannot expect them not to splash and have fun so grouping them together will allow for this and still let the "adults" have chill out time. This said that is truly the only thing I could find to call out for improvement.

we loved our stay all over! the huge pool, pool access from the room and the sun bed in the water, amazing! cozy sofa on the balcony to chill, all of the room just top! staff from the first second to the last just lovely, smiling and joking with us everytime they saw us ❤️ the breakfast buffet serves you all you could need, got asked if we need anything more they would have tried to serve us even more, wow! clean, modern hotel and perfectly located to reach all you want in walking distance! small fridge and kettle were helpful too, sure. room service fast and friendly, cleaning the room everyday if deserved, new towels and 2 bottles of water everyday. we just give 11 out of 10 for this beautiful time we had there, thanks for everything! we will be back for sure ❤️
