I come in here often for cake/ coffee. They're always delicious and extremely well made!! I went in today with my dog, which was fine as it's extremely dog friendly (even have treat tins)! Shout to Holly who served us, very friendly and helpful!!!
Following receiving gift vouchers from our wedding, we booked a dinner b&b night away at the Waterside. Staff were all fantastic from reception staff to waiting staff, the room was amazing 🤩 and the food was really good too, compliments to the Chef!. We had a lovely relaxing night away. The views are just stunning from the location. Would highly recommend and look forward to the Spa opening! What a treat ❤️
Me and Mrs Wife stayed at the Waterside for 2 nights in July for our wedding anniversary. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was spotless. We had a breakfast and main meal with plenty of drinks. The service was fabulous and the food was freshly cooked and plenty of it. There is a beach at the back of the hotel. We used the lift in the hotel to access the room as wife has mobility issues. Lots of blue badge parking. And dogs are welcome and can even have their own towels if they need to dry off. Thank you all so much for a lovely stay and making us feel really welcome.
