If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a disaster from the moment you check in. The service is beyond terrible – staff are either clueless, careless, or just plain rude. It felt like they were doing us a favor by even acknowledging our presence. The rooms? Absolutely disgusting. Dim lights, stained sheets, and a vibe that honestly felt more like a shady hourly joint than a respectable hotel. The decor is sleazy, everything is sticky or broken, and there’s a constant smell that’s hard to describe but instantly makes you want to leave. Housekeeping is non-existent, and when they do show up, they look annoyed you even called. Don’t bother asking for room service or anything extra – you’ll be waiting forever, and when it does arrive, it’ll be wrong or half done. The worst part? No one takes accountability. Complaints are met with blank stares or fake promises to "look into it." Honestly, it feels like the entire place is running without a manager or any standards. Save your money and sanity – book literally anywhere else. This hotel should not be in business.

I stayed at this place for a week, and overall, it was a disappointing experience. First of all, the location is very far from the city, with no mobile network coverage. The service was extremely poor. I accidentally left something behind, and when I called later to inquire about it, they denied having it and claimed they had thrown it away without even confirming with me. The food was tasteless, and you have to wait endlessly for refills. The staff they have hired are not professional at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone—it is definitely not a 4-star experience. I sincerely hope they make improvements.
