Great experience all the way around. Warm greeting by Fred at the door, quick and friendly check in to a beautiful room. Very helpful concierge to setup dinner reservations and recommendations for attractions. Great location, walking distance from Buckingham and Big Ben. Had a good breakfast and a cigar at the lounge in the evening. Will definitely return on my next trip to London.
Wonderful boutique hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at the level of detail addressed in the rooms and entire hotel. Staff were very professional and friendly. Cigar lounge area is great. Will definitely be back.
Loved everything about this hotel! Luxury in every sense of the word. The service by Juan & Aline was impeccable. So helpful & kind. Walkable to Harrods’ and other sites.
