The Wembley A St Giles Hotel Penang

Overall, it’s okay. The room isn’t very big, just nice for two people. The interior has a modern setup, with carpet and tiles at the entrance. What I liked most is that the room comes with a prayer mat — very thoughtful! Other than that, it’s equipped like a typical 4-star hotel: kettle, iron, ironing board, and so on.

I had a wonderful stay! The view was stunning, and the hotel comes with excellent facilities — a pool, gym, spa, and even a mall with shops, which made everything so convenient. All the food and drinks were absolutely delicious, with a lot of variety. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay with everything you need in one place!

The room was okay but needed renovation. We requested for early check-in, and were willing to pay for it, but the front desk staff did not help. They have an alternate day housekeeping service but it is not shown clearly in the room. The breakfast spread was good.
