What a perfect stay! Our room was spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Such comfy beds and pillows!!! The breakfast was amazing....thank you Jean for outstanding service. A special thank you to Diana for exceptional customer service skills. She helped us find the perfect room and was so warm and welcoming. We can't wait to go back!
This hotel is beautiful. The service is top tier and the food is just as good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pillows aren't great, but I find that to be a common issue in England hotels. Being right on the seaside is hard to beat too. You pay a premium for it, but it is certainly an experience I will remember fondly.
My review is complex. I’m doing 3 stars because of their massive price increases. We have been yearly regulars for several years. More than 5. We rent the same room every year. It’s the perfect 2 night get away. We do 1 dinner at the inn and a dinner at the red Fox restaurant. Sadly, since the new owners have taken over they have increased their room rates about $150-200 per night. Which would be justified IF some major improvements had happened. But that isn’t the case. Everything is the same. And I am in no way complaining about the decor etc. the place is fantastic. It’s a straight up money grab. It has been a profitable inn for decades. I can’t justify $1000 for 2 nights. So they have lost regular happy customers. 😒
