Fantastic hotel with excellent staff. After having our reservation cancelled by another hotel at short notice Roland was so helpful in accommodating us with a beautiful suite that was so spacious and had been decorated with balloons, card and petals for my granddaughter’s 21st birthday. Bed was so comfortable with premium bedding ensuring a brilliant nights sleep. En-suite shower room was equally huge with super soft towels and Ritual products that were a delight to use. So nice to also have a small fridge in room to keep drinks cold. On check out at 12 midday we had issues getting back home due to several train cancellations. Members of staff on reception again were exceptional who said we could wait in huge lounge area whilst they secured our luggage in lock up area. We could also use restaurant and bar if required. I cannot thank all the staff enough on making our overnight stay such a memorable one and would definitely stay here again as planning to see Mama Mia the party again hopefully soon. Many, many thanks. Lorraine
Great place to stay for Abba Experience, as easy walking distance. Staff efficient and friendly. Rooms great, although small. Bed very comfortable and strong shower. Nice relaxed breakfast, recommended.
All in all, it‘s a decent hotel. The rooms are nice, spacious and mostly clean. I had a room in the fifth floor and really liked the view and how bright it was. The staff is really friendly and helpful. What I didn’t like was the isolation of the windows. The street is busy and ad times it feels like the cars are driving through your room. What I also I didn‘t like is the fact that the Wifi is basically unusable. I tried multiple rooms and they all are around 1-5 megabytes per second. Was not a deal breaker for me because I didn‘t had to do intense work, but if I had to it would definitely required me to have a router with me.
