The Westcott by the Sea Just for Adults

Hello. We enjoyed our stay at The Westcott enormously. We stayed four nights and wished we were there longer. We didn't want to leave. We stayed in Room 7. Lovely room with lovely ensuite bathroom. A large room with a great view of the sea. Two minutes walk from Gyllyngvase beach. 10 mins from Falmouth town and harbour. Highly recommend this B&B. Beautifully kept by Andy and Mark. So clean. Room was spotless. Bed super comfy. Clean towels daily if needed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast (veggie one for me) 10/10 every morning. So good. Thank you so much to our hosts Andy and Mark. Can't wait to visit Cornwall again.

This is a charming and refreshing place to stay. The interior invokes the beautiful surroundings with gorgeous art work and excellent attention to detail. The room we stayed in was room 7 and was huge! This was bordering on a small apartment with spaces to lounge sleep, change and wash. The bed was very comfortable, the shower excellent, and earplugs provided and necessary! Our one complaint is out of control of our hosts; a flock of very loud seagulls greeting one another at around 5.30am outside our window. The location of the hotel beyond this small inconvenience is excellent. A 7 minute walk to Falmouth town center for your restaurants, bars and shops. Were we to come to Falmouth again, I would not hesitate booking The Westcott again.

The Westcott is a fairly large family house turned B&B. It is situated in a quiet residential area with many similar B&Bs. We were a couple in a standard size room plus an adult son in a loft room with inclined walls. Normal standards. Nothing too fancy, nothing missing. Very friendly hosts and quiet elderly (50+) guests. Tight parking. We found parking in nearest side street less than 100m away. Had the same large English breakfast all 4 days. Very tastful in my opinion. No waiting in line at the coffee machine here. You ask, they bring.
