The Westin Annapolis

Brandi and Terry were wonderful associates when we had our family stay at the Westin. Brandi was very knowledgeable and kind regarding getting our rooms booked, and Terry was a wonderful waiter in their very extravagant lobby restaurant/dining area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

I recently visited the Westin Annapolis for one night. It met my expectations for what I expect from a Westin hotel. I did not use the fitness facility or the restaurant. There are many dining choices nearby. The lobby felt chic, modern and hip with a warm vibe. My room was comfortable and well appointed. I liked the location for the fact that it wasn't in the fray of the harbor area so it was quiet and manageable to enter and exit the property. There is ample shopping and dining nearby. Think ahead about you parking decision! I chose to valet park but there is a public garage just underneath the hotel. I would stay at this property again for sure!

I'll start with the good. The bed was very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very good. Now, the not so good. We got to the room and there were no bath towels. Only wash cloths and hand towels. We were given a handicap room that has an open shower. It's fine but water gets all over the place. I had to use the hand towels to mop up. The coffee machine in the l was broken so you had to buy coffee at the restaurant for almost $6.00. It really is a great location and a shuttle runs downtown which was very good
