The Westin At The Woodlands

Had a great stay here. Josh and Jacob the valet guys were helpful with our bags and getting the car loaded/unloaded. They even left our car up front since we said we had reservations at a restaurant… only to realize later it was actually across the street 😅 Even though they seemed really busy they still helped me get to my room with my luggage which I really appreciated. Check-in was easy. Alejandro at the front desk was very kind and got us set up quick. Room was clean, comfy, and quiet and the bed was actually pleasant to sleep in. Location was close to everything. restaurants, bars, walking area and even a mall. Scenery was relaxed and welcoming. Would stay here again.

This hotel provides an excellent experience for a get away or a conference. It's within walking distance of the mall, restaurants, and other shops. The waterwalk is beautiful as well. The staff is helpful and courteous, and the rooms are extremely clean and nice. There is also a bevy of additional accommodations including spa treatments, exercise options, a restaurant, and more. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Very poor service. I left my room at 7:30 in the morning because I was attending an event. I returned at 3:30 in the afternoon to rest and change clothes for another event, and my room was still dirty. The bed was unmade, the breakfast dishes were still there, and the cleaning lady told me I should have turned on the green light for them to clean it. Supervisor Alejandro Fernandez told me they had until 5:00 p.m. to clean it, and that was it. Terrible approach, terrible service!
