The Westin Austin at The Domain

I have been a traveling salesman going on 30 years now and I believe this is only my second or third google review as it’s that important. This place is special as they make you feel like you are at a home away from home. The unbelievably amazing human being Diamond who is truly a DIAMOND IN THE RUFF!! Went above and beyond to exceed all expectations. She made this this experience a treasure. I would advise anyone ( as a father of four and a traveling salesman) to bring your family and or your clients here. They are the best!!!!

I recently stayed at The Westin and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, the service was exceptional, friendly, professional, and welcoming. The hotel itself is elegant and classy, with spotless rooms that offer a relaxing and comfortable stay. The bed and pillows felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee provided in the room. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the TV had a great selection of channels for unwinding after a long day. The pool area was well-maintained, and while I didn’t use the gym, it was a nice amenity to have available. I also had breakfast at the hotel, and the food was fantastic, especially the pancakes! On my second day, I was lucky to have Tammy as my waitress. She was genuinely the best I’ve ever had! She was warm, attentive, and incredibly kind. She made my morning so much brighter and left a lasting impression. Although my trip was for work, I would absolutely return for a personal getaway. The location is perfect, nestled among shops and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. Highly recommend!

Incredible staff, location and rooms! Highly recommend and Kay at the front desk went above and beyond for us. We extended because we had such a great time and loved the quiet rooms, proximity to great restaurants/shops and tons of grass for our pups. Our pups were spoiled rotten by Westin and the guests!!
