EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was dining at the restaurant recently and I could have not been more impressed! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted in the lobby by Mr. Terry Murphy and immediately taken to my table. Mr. Murphy was professional, kind, and made me feel so welcome. His customer service skills were exceptional. The ambiance at the restaurant was ideal and all staff members went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing experience. Pork Chop dinner was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant and thank you for unforgettable experience!

I do not recommend this hotel. There are cheaper and healthier places to stay. I was excited for my two night stay here, however I was disappointed with the rooms. Walking from the parking lot we got slammed with marijuana which being Baltimore it is not surprising. The lobby was spacious, smelled clean, and welcoming but had signs of bad upkeep. When we got in the elevator it also smelled of marijuana I was still optimistic about the situation though but our room reeked of marijuana. Went down stairs and asked for a new room and it was not as bad but still reeked. This did not make me feel like the place was clean or comfortable.

DO NOT park or stay at this hotel unless you want your car stripped and stolen. My tires and wheels were taken right off my vehicle while it sat in their lot. This is NOT random—it feels like a coordinated inside job maybe the shuttle driver front night shift. The management and staff are complicit. When you confront them, they conveniently claim “there are no cameras” in the parking area. Why? Because they don’t want to be held liable. They know exactly what’s going on and are protecting themselves, NOT their guests. Your stolen property ends up at Good Hope New and Used Tires, 2713 Marion Barry Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020. That’s where your wheels will magically reappear or on Facebook Marketplace. This place is a scam, unsafe, and run by people who clearly don’t care about your safety or property. Management is either turning a blind eye or actively involved. If you value your car and your peace of mind, STAY AWAY from this hotel and do not park here especially you are wanting BWI AIRPORT PARKING!
