Well, my flight was cancelled and I needed somewhere to stay for a few hours. Several other hotels close to the airport were sold out. The Westin wasn't. It was a great surprise. The check -in was easy and the room was very clean. Their bar ( Birch Bar) was open until 11:30pm. Was able to grab a bite and drink before going to our room. I believe it's a great location for being downtown and close to the airport.
1. Wifi at rooms should be improved instantly 2. Breakfast buffet was literally in the lobby, hope you change this back to normal (restaurant) when the conferences finish. 3. The lady from Thailand (breakfast area) was very smiley and approachable, sorry that I forgot your name but bless you. 4. Room is not the best but bed is so comfortable and I could sleep in there forever. 5. Gym was EXCELLENT. I spent so much time there and did not want to leave. Shout out to guy who were checking equipments, refreshing wipe towels and cleaning the area when I was there. You are very kind and doing an amazing job.
Not my favorite Marriott property, but good enough. It could use a little TLC. The rooms are ok, not great. Everything could use a little face lift in my opinion. However, the staff is excellent. I will pass the next time I'm in Boston and stay at The Liberty instead .
