Stayed overnight on a Saturday. The rooms are excellent, quiet, clean with lovely furnishings and great amenities. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet in the restaurant was average and a little pricey, although you could have made to order eggs or an omelette. The restaurant space is very small so seating was a little tight. Hotel is in a good location and would recommend a stay here.

'I cant get no sleep'.... Nice enough hotel just a shame its opposite a massive building site - an absolute racket starts up at 7am so if you're up then or before, the hotel is fine, if you want a relaxing break stay elsewhere (or ask if theres a quieter side away from the works). Tried to discuss it at checkout with the receptionist who was dismissive to the point of being rude. Really there should be a warning when you book or on the website... Room was nice, concierge was a lovely, helpful fella. Pool would be great in the summer but too cold in winter.

This is an incredibly exaggerated room service experience. I've been to many five-star hotels, but this is by far the worst experience. I hope the hotel can actually control the quality of their food properly. Today, I ordered mushroom broth and pasta. When the food arrived, I noticed that the soup was cold?! I immediately called the front desk to ask if the soup was supposed to be cold or hot. The front desk assured me that it was hot, so I quickly reported the issue. They said the kitchen would remake the soup and send it over. Fifteen minutes later, an employee brought me a bowl of clear broth, with no ingredients in it… So, this is what a "remake" soup looks like at a five-star hotel? Just a bowl of clear broth without ingredients and no proper presentation?! I felt like I was eating in a food court. What's more, the broth was only warm, but the bowl was hot. It was clear that the chef had put the soup into the bowl and used the microwave to heat it not boiled properly and lead to the center of the soup to remain cold. I really have serious doubts about the staff's execution and quality control at this five-star hotel.
