The Westin Buffalo

Had a great stay at The Westin. Juray from maintenance truly stood out. He was professional, respectful, and went out of his way to help with anything I needed. You can tell he takes pride in his work. Big thanks as well to Mo and the front desk team for being welcoming and efficient. The service overall was excellent and made my stay even better.

Be aware there is no elite member accessible lounge. And no guest laundry as well. Only serviced. Everything other is neat and well managed. However, elite member Wifi is also not good. Just several MByte level for High speed connection.

I stayed in a suite with my family. Despite being with a toddler and an infant, we were placed on a low floor overlooking Delaware Ave during the extremely loud and disruptive Pride Month festivities. My family was unable to have a good night's sleep due to this. I understand cities can be noisy, I just wish the hotel staff had the foresight to know the noise level might be an issue and had placed us in a different room. Also, despite having a full kitchen, our room had no dish soap, utensils, or paper towels. We also had to wipe down the fridge as it had fingerprints all over it. We normally stay here when we come to Buffalo for Bills games, but we might start staying somewhere else because this experience kind of left a bad taste in our mouths.
