I had an amazing experience during my stay. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the room service was attentive to all special requests. The staff were incredibly welcoming—special thanks to Mr. Mark and Ms. Amina for going above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hotel’s landscape was serene and relaxing. I especially enjoyed the pool area, which featured a great bar, comfortable chaises longues inside the water, and a beautiful crystalline section that added to the luxury feel. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options catering to different cultural preferences. I would definitely return for another peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

However, it's the dedication and personalized care from individuals such as Mr. Fawqy and Mr. Saeed that elevate a great hotel to an exceptional one. I left thoroughly impressed. Came here for holiday - didn't stay at the hotel - and wasn't disappointed by the service and the views. Overall, a great experience. Service takes some time, up to 45 minutes to an hour, but staff give you a heads up prior to ordering.
