Our 4 days stay at The Westin Airport Hotel was extremely comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-appointed, making it a relaxing experience. What truly stood out was the staff — every interaction was warm and welcoming. A special thanks to Snehal, Tom, and Manish for going above and beyond with their caring and friendly service. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel truly looked after. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and outstanding service!
The rooms are comfortable and have a fun view of the planes boarding. The real winner is the food & drinks in the lobby. Amazing quality and all the staff are so kind. We LOVED being able to get a good nights rest before a very early travel day and to just be able to walk downstairs last minute and straight through security. Made for such a stress free experience. We always book our parking ahead of time as well and they offer you 30% off. We didn’t check out the pool but it’s great that they offer one.
Horrible customer service on prepaying in advance. I booked a night at this hotel 3 months ago. Our plans changed and we were no longer able to stay at this hotel on the night I booked. I called 4 days in advance and I was initially promised that the reservation would be cancelled and I would be refunded. I was then called back to let me know that I could not cancel the reservation as I paid in advance. I am a Marriott Gold Member and there was absolutely nothing anyone would do to help me. I was even asking to stay in another Marriott hotel to help my issue with travelling but there was no option to switch. The customer service was awful through the whole process. No clear communication from the beginning, no flexibility as a valued customer. Ultimately I ended up paying for a room I would not be able to use. All because I planned and paid so far in advance. Awful customer experience.
