The Westin Calgary

As a regular customer of Marriott Bonvoy, I’ve travelled to many different cities and countries and the service has always been so accommodating and consistent in the best ways possible. Although I wasn’t here for a stay, I was working an event here and my hair was as soaked by the rain. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a hair dryer and without hesitating, they said yes and went above and beyond to help me with my small problem. Thank you for your assistance MICHELLE! I’m looking forward to my next stay with your brand.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The Keg restaurant downstairs was terrific. No complaints…

Wonderful smell upon entering the lobby. Asked and was told it was their White Tea scent. Bathroom amenities have the same smell. Small but clean and stylish rooms. Amazing bed. Fantastic pool. Keg and Starbucks adjoining the hotel. Took too long to check in. Their was an Elite member desk so I didn't go there and found out he was taking regular patrons. Would have been nice to know that instead of having 5 other guests pass me while I was waiting in the other line. I feel that Reception should have noticed and asked me to come over. Check out is noon so that's another plus. I didn't rate it as a 5 because of the long wait at reception and size of the room.
