The Westin Chattanooga

This is a very nice hotel. Everyone that works at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we keep talking about going back and staying longer. It has an area for the dogs to enjoy. Large outside fireplace with furniture. Three elevators which made getting up and down quick. We were only there one night so didn't get to enjoy the amenities but the pool looked very inviting. Has a restaurant and bar plus a smaller Cafe that you can get quite a few things from (like sodas, food, coffee, beer, etc).

It’s been a while we had a bell man service which felt really great. Valet parking is $28 a night, they do not have self parking at the property. The restaurants offer great food and loved the taste of every dish we tried. Ambience of this place feels very modern and unique. They have live music Friday and Saturday in both the restaurants. We had a great time staying special thanks to Sunny at the front desk who make our stay extra comfortable and having a welcoming and friendly conversation

We started our trip to Chattanooga with what felt like a nightmare — we had booked through a third-party site (super.com), and when we arrived at The Westin Chattanooga, they couldn’t find our reservation. After almost two hours of waiting and getting nowhere with the third-party service, we finally canceled with them and decided to book directly with the hotel. That’s when Aaron at The Westin Chattanooga completely turned our day around. From the very beginning, he was kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. He knew we were in town for a wedding and short on time, so he worked quickly to get us the best room available. His attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made us feel welcome and valued from the moment we walked in. After driving 1.5 hours, dealing with the stress of a botched reservation, and feeling completely frustrated, Aaron’s exceptional service transformed our mood and our entire experience. The room was beautiful, the amenities were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was wonderful. Because of Aaron, what started as a disappointing trip became a truly memorable stay. We never thought we’d have a reason to come back to Chattanooga, but now we can’t wait to return — and we’ll be bringing our kids to stay at The Westin Chattanooga.
