The hotel staff is top tier! They were very good with recommendations on both places and food. The front desk staff greeted me by name when I would be in the lobby area. Place smells amazing! Hallway carpets and some of the walls need some TLC. Overall, a great hotel
From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in great hands — and they exceeded every expectation for our wedding reception. With over 300 guests, we were amazed at how spacious and comfortable everything felt — never cramped, and the dance floor was incredible! The dinner was hands-down the best wedding meal I’ve ever had — our guests are still talking about it. The entire team was so professional, friendly, and responsive every step of the way. Special shoutout to Kelly, who runs the show — she was an absolute dream to work with. The venue is in a prime location with great parking, elegant and clean restrooms, and beautiful hotel rooms. Our complimentary suite was stunning — so spacious, luxurious, and perfect for relaxing after the big day. They offered great packages at a really fair price, especially considering the quality and service. If you’re looking for a reception venue that can handle a large guest count with style, ease, and warmth, The Westin is it. We’re so glad we chose them for our big day!
It’s a shame to leave a 1 star review after having a great first experience with these people. Unfortunately the second time around was terrible and while I’ve reached out multiple times regarding my issues the past month, I keep getting the same run around excuse “The managers are in a daily meeting” or “The manager is out of the office” and get sent to voicemail. At this point, I’m not waiting around for when it’s only convenient for THEM to reach out to me anymore. Overall, very rude staff that is unwilling to accommodate you along with very lackluster housekeeping. A 4 star hotel should not be forgetting housekeeping and then give the customer unwashed stained towels. This happened multiple times and it was extremely off putting. On top of that, the bed was half assed and I had no cups for coffee. The window was very dirty and it smelled like BO in the air. The water pressure in the shower was non existent and the place had cruddy and dusty baseboards. The lack of focus and attention to detail in my room compared to my first experience here was very disappointing. I was not given an opportunity to express my concerns to the front desk because they had a line and they were more concerned about getting people out of there. If you’re looking for a legitimate 4 star hotel that prides in their service, making your stay comfortable and doesn’t run from conflict, then I advise you to book elsewhere. I was willing to even talk about a refund for half of my stay, but clearly the managers don’t know how to run this place and incompetence does not deserve payment.
