Great location with great views of the Riverwalk. Close to everything. About a mile from lakefront and a bit farther to Navy Pier. Service was excellent. Bar serves good drinks although typical hotel pricing. For the area, good value for Chicago downtown.
I really want to thank Amy the weekend manager at the front desk. There was an issue with booking under a room block for a wedding. She was professional and followed up promptly. I am certain your role brings a new set of challenges each day, but I want you to know I really appreciate you tackling mine. You have earned my business the next time I am in Chicago!
Hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. We really liked our room but they lose a star as we had to kill 3 separate bugs during our stay and the noise off the river was pretty loud at times. Update - they handled the bug issue with professionalism and I fully expect no issues for the next people that stay in the same room.
