I was happy with my stay here. Comfy beds, a dark room and quiet hotel made for a good experience. Also, a big shout-out to Catherine at the front desk working this Saturday morning. She went above and beyond to assist us and even kindly fill out our water bottles with ice to prepare us for a HOT day! Thank you!!

Check in was efficient and friendly. The public areas are nice, rooms need updating/fixing. There was a whole section of curtain that was ripped from the curtain rod. The bathroom mirror seemed to have peeled quite a bit. They have comfy beds and the location is perfect for all the places I want to explore downtown.

Ever felt the relief of finally arriving in a new city after a long day of travel, checking into a nice hotel suite, and getting ready to relax?
Yeah… that’s not what happened here. On our very first night, a hotel employee entered our room and stole a wallet. To make matters worse, they tried to cover it up by leaving our requested items outside the room—like that would somehow erase what happened. Newsflash: You can’t fool someone who knows how these games work. While hotel management was polite, they gave us no real answers for days. Eventually, they confirmed that a universal keycard was used to access our room—but offered no explanation, no accountability, and no resolution. So now what? We're stuck in a new city with no money, no ID, and a lot of stress.
Do we cry? Drive illegally? Pay for things with air? If you value your belongings—or your peace of mind—don’t stay here.
