Loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The staff was super friendly, the room was really nice and clean. They upgraded us with a lake view room, which was awesome. Location was perfect. We walked to the convention center and to the rock and roll hall of fame. Only downfall for my best friend was that the blanket on the bed seemed like a weighted blanket. She couldn't use it. It didn't bother me at all.

Stayed for 6 nights for a business conference. The hotel's location is great, only 5-minute walk to the convention center. The restaurant's breakfast menu is great with a variety of good options. The yogurt parfait and fruit bowl were my favorites. The speed of service could be better during morning time. The restaurant had a lot of available tables but guests still had to wait for 5-15 minutes to be seated. Dinner options were limited. The gym is well equiped and one of the best gyms I had used in a hotel (plenty of treadmills and a variety of machines allowing you to work on all muscle groups). I gave 4 out 5 mainly due to the hotel being outdated and the spotty wifi.

As someone who attends conferences every summer and has stayed at numerous hotels across the country, I can confidently say this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful service from Emmanuel at the front desk reception. Our stay began with our first room having a persistent damp odor and a leaky bathtub faucet. When we requested a room change, we were given a second room that was completely unprepared m, it was not cleaned from the previous guest’s departure. This required another move with luggage, heavy backpacks and tired kids, relocating to a different floor. Unfortunately, the third room presented the same problem: it was in disarray and hadn’t been properly serviced. It took four room changes before we finally received an acceptable accommodation.Even in the fourth room, problems persisted throughout our four-night stay. Basic toiletries, including body wash, were never replenished, Most disturbing was discovering dirty undergarments from a previous guest while packing on our final evening, a completely unacceptable housekeeping failure. This hotel has serious systemic issues with cleanliness standards and room preparation. The repeated room changes created significant inconvenience for our family of four, disrupting our conference schedule and causing unnecessary stress. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning. The management needs to address these fundamental housekeeping and quality control problems immediately.
