The Westin Cozumel

Had a great stay at this 4-star hotel in Cozumel! The location was perfect—close to the beach and town. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful ocean view. The pool area was relaxing, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again!

This is absolutely the best place I have stayed. The staff is amazing! The rooms are clean, large, and comfortable. The beach is amazing with great snorkeling. The food is out of this world good! Best food on the island. This will be a yearly stay for me!

I am currently staying at the The Westin Cozumel I would like to share my experience here. The main front desk staff were very nice and accommodating, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. However, there are fewer than 30 umbrellas with chairs for the entire property, making it extremely difficult to find one, and the food quality was disappointing. I also had a terrible experience that ruined my stay. While attempting to have breakfast, the hostess, Mercedes, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I brought the situation to management, but nothing was done by the manager, Oscar, to resolve it. On top of that, there is no self-service laundry in the hotel. I was charged $20 for just 4 kilograms of clothes, plus an additional 30 pesos per kilo an unreasonable and inconvenient policy for guests. Overall, the beach itself is great, but the shortage of shaded seating, poor food, overpriced laundry service, and disappointing customer service especially in the dining area make it hard to recommend.
