Stayed four nights and had a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, very clean, and quiet, exactly what we needed. We had just come from a week in another city at a different brand, and the difference in service and overall feel was night and day. Deborah made our stay even better. She was amazing from the start, always warm, pleasant, and remembered us every time we came through the lobby. Her hospitality stood out. We used both the bar and the restaurant, and the food and service were excellent. The gym and pool were also impressive, both well-maintained and offering great views of the city, which made working out and relaxing that much better. Looking forward to staying here again, whether it’s for business or a weekend awa
Great and spacious rooms. We were given an upgrade to our room and stayed in what would count in Europe as a suite. The breakfast buffet is also very good and varied. Service was not as friendly as in San Antonio, but that seems to be a Dallas thing. Overall, personnel are as friendly and helpful.
I stayed at this hotel recently for a business trip and woke up with several itchy and swollen bed bug bites. What made the situation worse was the staff’s total lack of urgency or empathy. When I reported the issue to the front desk, I was met with indifference and vague promises to “have someone look into it.” No one followed up with me, no apologies were offered. I had to throw away my luggage and treat all my belongings when I got home to avoid bringing the infestation with me. Not only did this stay cost me money, but also peace of mind. Do not stay here unless you want to risk bed bugs and deal with staff who clearly do not care about guest health or hygiene.
