The Westin Dallas Park Central

My husband and I checked out today and had a great stay. Trent, one of the supervisors at the front desk, helped to make it an even better experience with phenomenal customer service and an upgraded suite. The breakfast buffet was really nice with the omelette station and Pancakes that tasted really good. Oscar working in the restaurant area was also very nice, helpful, and personable. We could tell he really loves his job. We would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a conference. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I enjoy many pillows. The front desk concierge was friendly and made it easy for me to extend my stay for 1 more night. I did visit the bar, which was very busy with conference attendees. The bar servers were friendly and gave me my drinks quickly.

The hotel was really nice, Trent checked me in and made me feel I was a valued rewards member. I had a long work day, he made sure I was positioned in a quiet room to rest. The only drawbacks is the 25$ parking, n the area has increased foot traffic, but there is security in the garage. I would still stay there again, it’s very convenient to the freeways.
