I stayed at the Westin Dallas Southlake with two friends for a girls weekend. We were so impressed with Kyra at the front desk and the way she helped us our whole weekend! Some of the unexpected perks were the quality of the food, an all day water refreshment, a pool party with a DJ, and lots of assistance when needed. Everything in the hotel is very well cared for. Definitely would stay here again!
The staff were so kind and welcoming of us. Our room was clean and nice. There is a man named Bill who drives the shuffle he is so kind and will make you laugh. We ate at Jellicos once a day during our stay and it did not disappoint! The staff was kind and the food was high quality, tasted good, and had beautiful presentation. Overall a great stay. We love how hidden it is in southlake because it feels like you’re somewhere else from people who live close by.
I had a nice corner room with a very comfortable bed and pillows. The AC worked very well. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. Bill, the van driver/concierge, was awesome. He gave us great dinner suggestions and he was very friendly. Every employer needs a “Bill”!
