What an amazing experience! From beginning to end of my stay I received wonderful service. Jackson checked me in and he was genuinely hospitable. Jackson was informative and understanding with an immediate resolution to a shortcoming on my end when I was checking in. Jackson was extraordinarily professional but had the mid-west charm coated throughout his professional interaction with me. The hotel bed was absolutely cozy with soft sheets. Excellent water pressure for the shower and sink. And the blackout curtains definitely came in handy. Loved the soaps and locations that were available. The tub could be a bit deeper for us bath lovers. The valet gentlemen were helpful and polite. The parking is the only true negative for me only because I had to pay each time to leave and return in the same in day. There was no flat rate fee unless you valet (I belive valet offers it but don’t quote me on that). So that wasn’t so great at all. I didn’t try the food so I can’t comment on that part. The pool was very wonderful and so was the gym!
Stayed at the Denver Westin for a recent business trip and it was exactly what I needed. The staff was professional and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick and easy — which I really appreciated with my tight schedule. The room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable, with a great work desk and reliable Wi-Fi that made it easy to catch up on emails and prep for meetings. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I got a great night’s sleep every night — which is not always the case when traveling for work. The location is convenient, and the lobby spaces were great for informal meetings or just relaxing between appointments. I also appreciated the pool to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, a smooth, hassle-free stay with everything a business traveler needs. I’ll definitely stay here again on future trips to Denver and recommend it to colleagues as well.
Rooms are great, bed was comfortable. The rooms are surprisingly SUPER quiet. Location is obviously great because it is connected to airport and very convenient. If you are traveling with an animal, they have made zero effort to provide an adequate space for dogs to do their business. It’s pathetic, tbh. It is quite far to get from room to outside area to take your dog out. Also, not a fan of the homeless camp outside.
