The Westin Detroit Metropolitan Airport

My wife and I had the pleasure of being checked in by Anna at the Westin Hotel located inside the Detroit International Airport, and she was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we approached the desk, Anna was warm, friendly, and welcoming. We had a small hiccup with our honeymoon suite reservation, but Anna handled it with such grace, poise, and professionalism that we never once felt stressed. She addressed the issue quickly and efficiently, going out of her way to ensure our special trip started on the right foot. Her kindness and attention to detail made all the difference in our stay, and we’re so grateful she was there to help us. Westin is lucky to have her — thank you, Anna, for making our honeymoon check-in experience seamless and memorable!

Outstanding location!! We were welcomed by the valet directly located at departures with a smile & sincere hospitality. We booked a “park & fly” package for a 2 week journey which not only saved us a ton of money parking elsewhere but also alleviated the hassle of finding a parking spot, jumping on a shuttle or hauling our bags to the moon and back. The valet took care of everything! Lobby staff were professional and very helpful. Our room was ultra clean, well appointed and comfortable. We ate dinner upon arrival, brunch before departure, and then dinner again when we came back from our trip. Restaurant staff is super friendly and made us feel like family. We were really pleased with the food and everything to do with our dining experiences. Lobby restrooms are immaculate. Nice spacious lobby with open floor plan. Direct TSA access from lobby!! Ticketing counter is a 3 min walk. We were gone for two weeks and our car was retrieved in under 5 min upon return in perfect condition. They even offered to help load our bags. This is a wonderful hotel that caters mostly to business clients from my observations. Great bar/lounge!! They all went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and got us rested for our flight. I’ll definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here for the weekend. The room was not cleaned and it wouldn't have bothered us but I stopped by the desk before leaving to adk that fresh towels and wash clothes be dropped off in our room. We get back this evening and nothing was done and no cleans towels or wash clothes. I call and make the request and a manager tells me she cant bring us towels because she has to answer the phones and the other manager is checking in customer. So its OK to charge but you cant get refunded for services not rendered. Customer service is horrible!
