We spent 3 nights in a premium suite on family vacation. As a marriott ambassador elite member, I was grateful for a room upgrade, however, the room was not ready upon arrival. Thankfully, the staff accommodated us in a temporary smaller room, which was very nice. The suite had wonderful balconies, but the doors were locked. Additionally, the bathroom suite jacuzzi tub jets did not work, nor did the bathroom television. The hotel itself is historic and beautiful. The service was excellent. The breakfast is also wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again!
Loved this hotel, would stay here for sure if we ever return to Rome. Service is great from the doorman to the concierge to luggage vakets to front desk, they're all A+. Room was great, we upgraded to a suite and loved it. Having a second bathroom and living room is so nice. The restaurant is awesome, no reason to go anywhere else for food. Love it, trust me this place is great. I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member for several years and used points for this stay, and it was worth every point. Very few hotels I've stayed at, especially given the age of this property, have been as impressive and enjoyable.
I've had a solid experience coming here but it was not perfect as I would expect from it. Still, one of the best places I've been to. Rooms are simply beautiful, decorated with paintings and antique furniture. Marble in the bathrooms! The issue was the airconditioning with was unbelievably loud and couldn't be turned off. Breakfast were very good, well-stocked continental style. However, checkin and invoicing could be somoother - took a long time and I had to follow-up several times to get the invoice. The intervention from the manager/owner who I emailed solved the issue immediately.
