What a great Westin. Service is top notch and great recognition for BonVoy elite members. Traveled here pre COVID, and looking forward to my next visit.

I would like to thank the amazing staff at the Westin. Staff were always going above and beyond the service was absolutely fast and efficient. Great hotel for adults and teenagers that just want to relax. The rooms are much nicer than the Sheraton and highly recommended. The biggest standout is a chef that really assisted with my 10 year old on her birthday. CHEF VA you are an amazing asset to the group Gabriella will never forget how hospitable you were and the amazing food you made for her as a fussy eater. Guys please try the Deep fried chicken wings and chips chef VA your infectious smile really made our stay. MANAGEMENT really need to revisit their staff and talents VA deserves a promotion. The one thing that really needs to be looked at is PRICING of the food menu as a family with 4 kids it was extremely expensive eating out was our other option. The cocktails were also quiet watery needing revisiting of pricing! The pools were lovely and clean. Buffet breakfast needs revisiting extremely limited and boring! otherwise great place to stay and will certainly be back one Lockdown is sorted!

The staff are so helpful and friendly. The pools are so beautiful . The restaurants meet everyone's needs. The massage in the spa amazing. Just about the perfect holiday. The only disappointment it has changed since last 2 visits and not for the better. Also no curfew on noise factor and some guests cause disruption and noise until early morning.
