Exceptional Check-In Experience! I had a great experience checking into the Westin! The front desk staff member, David, was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, provided helpful information about the hotel amenities, and even offered local recommendations. It’s always a great start to a trip when you’re greeted with a smile and top-notch service. Realized it was my birthday and all! Highly recommend this hotel based on the check-in experience alone!
I recently stayed at The Westin Fort Lauderdale with my daughter before our cruise, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming but the highlight of our stay was definitely the pool bar area. Yolanda was absolutely wonderful! Her warm, caring attitude and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Yolanda, for making our stay so memorable! We’ll definitely be back.
Stayed for one night with my family and thankful that’s all it was. From the moment i entered the lobby i had no greeting at all. If it wasn’t for my reservation past the cancellation i would’ve left. Location was good for chase stadium visit. Upon getting the room the toilet barely flushed and the entire 9th floor smelled like smoke including our room. I would not recommend staying here especially with kids. They also do not even offer a complimentary breakfast with the price you pay that’s the least they can do instead they offer breakfast for $24 extra dollars. Several hotel lines offer way more for more for much less. The lobby was also filled with people just hanging around very dressed up like an event was going on it makes it awkward for other guest not apart of it. If you offer these types of big events block off those dates to non related guests. I had to wait awhile for the elevator because of how many people needed it from that event.
