Our recent stay at The Westin Dallas was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and top-tier service that made our experience truly unforgettable. The amenities were fantastic—everything was designed for comfort and relaxation. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering the perfect retreat after a long day. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the pool provided a serene escape. The food was absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, room service, or dinner at the restaurant, the quality exceeded our expectations. The staff is what truly sets this hotel apart. A special shoutout to Javier, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Also, Jack was incredibly kind, prompt, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their professionalism and friendliness made our stay all the more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a hotel that offers luxurious comfort, exceptional service, and an overall wonderful experience, The Westin Dallas is the place to stay. We will definitely be back!
I love saying here. I’ve stayed here twice, a year apart, for an event. They just renovated the lobby, which they didn’t even need to do! But it’s even more beautiful and the new bar set up is awesome. The convenience of this hotel is just great, with the mall and countless restaurants nearby. The event space is wonderful!! My only gripe is that it gets too cold. Lastly, the only issue we’ve had was the wifi during our most recent stay. On two separate occasions we had to get connected with IT for them to manually put our devices on the hotel Wi-Fi. At one point they even sent a maintenance man up, but he did not know what to do, since he doesn’t deal with tech other than the tv. I wish there was a smoother way for that to get fixed. It was a burden our whole trip.
This was my first time staying at a Westin hotel, and I had a really good experience. I didn't initially realize that the hotel was connected to the Galleria mall, which was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, offering just the right amount of softness and firmness for my back. As for the pillows, I know everyone has their own preferences, so I won’t comment on those. Room service and the staff were very attentive and quick to respond when I called for some amenities. Regarding parking, since the hotel is connected to the Galleria, it can be hit-or-miss. You'll generally have better luck finding a spot in the evenings when the mall closes. The hotel parking area is somewhat separate from the mall parking, but people still park there. I believe it would improve the experience if they clearly labeled the parking lot for Westin guests with designated signs, as this would help alleviate one less concern for guests.
