My first weekend stay there. Was very cosy, they lobby is spacious decorated nice. Location is very close to the train and subway. The Galleria is a short walk. Many of restaurants in the immediate area as well. The saunas are nice, the pool looked nice and usable. I didn't see a dedicated jacuzzi. The bar was well stocked and the bar tender made some tasty drinks. The tv was enough with screen sharing capability. The water pressure in the shower was nice but an open shower so water will come out if you get too excited showering.
I must say this is one of the top 10 hotels I’ve been to in Germany from the moment I walked in Vinnie was an extremely efficient and caring receptionist throughout my stay, which was five nights if I needed any information, she was there to help me with a smile a nice smile all the employees in this hotel I can highly commend they were all nice. We had Club access which wasI’m really happy that I experienced this. You could get food all day long breakfast fortunately or unfortunately, was not served in the club so you had to go to the main dining room. ended up with more than you really needed excellent breakfast and in the evening they would have a life dinner which I indulge they have a spa there that unfortunately I didn’t take advantage of, but I wish I did location is the perfect we could get just about anything you want museum shopping restaurant all within a maximum of 30 minute walk I must Say the two items that irritated me was that for the complementary toiletries you had to actually call every time you needed one they did not place any in the bathroom which I find highly unacceptable I don’t wanna have to call every time. I need a Hair brush or shower, cap or toothbrush the room was kept very nicely. The other irritation is on a Sunday. I took a cab from the hotel to the train station 2.1 KM and he charged me €27 saying that it was a Sunday really I am going to protest that. So check that out before you get into the taxis. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and I’m going to check out all the other hotels in this chain if they’re nearly as special as this one was, I am now going to change my preference to this brand of hotel
The hotel is centrally located about a 10-minute ride from the train station and around 25 minutes from the airport, which made getting around fairly easy. The property has been renovated (maybe 2 years ago i guess), and it shows, especially in the lobby which looks modern and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There’s a convenient grab-and-go station in the lobby with quick bites and drinks, which was a nice touch. The rooms themselves are nicely done, with comfortable beds and clean furnishings. However, the bathrooms are quite small and unfortunately had a lingering sewage smell during our stay. If you’re a light sleeper, you might want to request a room on the back side of the hotel, front-facing rooms can be a bit noisy due to street traffic. We had access to the executive lounge, which was a pleasant experience overall. The lounge is divided into two sections — one darker, and the other bright and airy. Food offerings were great, especially at dinner, with a solid variety of options including vegetarian and halal dishes. Breakfast in the lounge was also enjoyable. The only downside was seeing someone in a hotel bathrobe in the lounge area, which felt a bit inappropriate for the setting. Overall, a solid stay with a few small drawbacks, but definitely a convenient and comfortable choice for a city visit.
