The Westin Houston Memorial City

★★★★★ I had an outstanding experience at the Westin Memorial City! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Diego, who checked me in, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. His warm and professional demeanor set the tone for a fantastic stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Houston!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great stay at the Westin Memorial City! The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional — truly one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the pool area, which offers a lovely atmosphere (though it's on the smaller side). The gym was well-equipped and spacious — perfect for getting in a good workout. One small downside is that the parking and entrance layout can be a bit tricky to navigate at first. That said, the convenience of the Memorial City Mall and Target just across the street — accessible via a sky bridge directly from the hotel — more than made up for it. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

This is definitely not a 4-star hotel in its current state. The staff was exceptional, however, the rooms are dated and it’s clear they need renovation/ improvements. When we checked into our room, the first thing we noticed was the room had a horrible stench. We couldn’t find out where it was coming from. We ended up switching rooms three different times, but the smell still seemed to linger from only inside the rooms. The sheets were clearly old, didn’t smell clean and weren’t comfortable at all. Our overall stay felt like a 3-star hotel, but we paid for 4-star hotel experience. Sadly, we will not be coming back or recommending this hotel until they decide to remodel and replace their bedding.
